REMA Corrosion Control offers a full line of chemical resistant Lining, Coating and Flooring systems to solve corrosion problems in a wide range of industrial market applications. These systems are designed to provide optimum corrosion protection, ease of application, reduced downtime, and cost effective solutions for long term service. Our products are formulated using various quality grade resins including vinyl ester, novolac vinyl ester, epoxy, epoxy novolac, polyester, and specialty polymers. COROFLAKE - Trowel applied glass flake reinforced linings

COROFLAKE-Trowel-applied

Trowel applied, glass flake reinforced COROFLAKE series linings are available in several base resin formulations for the protection of steel substrates in immersion service. These linings exhibit excellent chemical and permeation resistance. The lining is applied in two coats over primer to achieve a target dry film thickness (DFT) of 80 mils (2.0 mm) with a range of 60-120 mils (1.5-3.0 mm). With various base resin systems available this linings series can be used for protection against most chemical immersion services at temperatures up to 200

COROFLAKE 10 PE

COROFLAKE 10 PE is a two-component, glass flake filled, trowel applied, chemical resistant, Polyester lining system, suited as a corrosion protection system for structural steel components that are subjected to aggressive media. This lining system consists of COROFLAKE N PRIMER Ur and two COROFLAKE 10 PE coats with target thickness of 40 mils (1000 microns) DFT per coat, 80 mils (2000 microns) total DFT thickness. Thickness range is 30-60 mils (750-1500 microns) per coat, total 60-120 mils (1500-3000 microns). Due to the multiple layers of overlapping glass flakes, a low water vapor permeation rate is achieved.

COROFLAKE MR - Mat reinforced flake filled linings

COROFLAKE-M

COROFLAKE MR series linings design incorporates a trowel applied basecoat, one layer of fiberglass mat or synthetic fabric reinforcement, and a flake filled topcoat from our COROFLAKE or COROGARD coatings ranges. These linings are available in several base resin formulations for the protection of concrete and steel substrates. The lining design combines trowel and roller/spray application to provide an economical alternative to trowel-mat-trowel linings where applicable. The applied lining thickness range is 80-120 mils (2.0-3.0 mm) DFT with a target of 100 mils (2.5 mm).

COROFLAKE 23 MR is a fiberglass mat reinforced, chemical resistant lining based on Novolac Vinyl Ester resin and incorporating an inert flake filled topcoat. COROFLOOR - Polymer flooring

COROFLOOR

Unique range of polymer floor coating systems primarily designed for the protection of concrete floors in process areas. These systems are available in several base resin formulations and various designs to provide chemical resistance and other properties such as thermal shock resistance, textured finish, durability and wear resistance. These flooring systems are applied in various forms including as a coating, broadcast, slurry broadcast and trowel application.

COROFLOOR 682 EP

COROFLOOR 682 EP is a fiberglass reinforced Epoxy flooring incorporating a semi self-levelling Body Coat. It is designed to provide crack-bridging capabilities, thermal shock resistance, chemical resistance and ease of installation. COROFLOOR 682 EP consists of a primer, fiberglass mat reinforcement, squeegee applied body coat and roller applied topcoat. The applied system thickness range is 60-80 mils (1.5-2.0 mm). For applications that do not require crack-bridging and thermal shock resistance are not required COROFLOOR 682 EP can be applied without fiberglass mat reinforcement.

TOPLINE

Trowel appliedTOPLINE heavy duty linings are available in several base resin formulations for the protection of concrete and steel substrates. These systems provide excellent chemical resistance as well as outstanding impact strength, abrasion resistance or conductivity depending on the filler used. Depending on operating conditions and substrate, these linings are suitable at temperatures up to 180°F (82°C) in immersion service.

TOPLINE 288 is a trowel applied, fiberglass mat reinforced, chemical resistant lining based on Epoxy Novolac resin. The system consists of a primer, a trowel applied basecoat, fiberglass mat as reinforcement and a trowel applied topcoat. TIP-TOP-LINING

Reinforced laminate linings are available in several base resin formulations for the protection of steel and concrete substrates in immersion service. These linings are designed for maximum chemical resistance in aggressive process conditions. Depending on operating conditions and substrate, these linings are suitable at temperatures up to 180°F (82°C) in immersion service.

TIP TOP LINING 64

TIP TOP LINING 64 is a heavy duty fiberglass reinforced laminate lining based on Chlorendic Polyester resin. COROFLEX LININGS

COROFLEX Linings consist of a series of high performance, crack-bridging systems designed to tolerate crack movement in concrete while providing protection against exposure to corrosive chemicals. This unique concept in barrier protection combines synergies between flexible elastomeric basecoat, structural fiberglass reinforcement, and chemical resistant topcoat technologies to provide optimum protection for concrete structures. COROFLEX BC is the flexible elastomeric basecoat membrane used in all COROFLEX Lining system designs. It helps to reduce stress on the lining caused by moving cracks. The fiberglass reinforcement layer works to dissipate localized stresses and provides the necessary tensile strength required to enable the lining system to function as designed. The reinforcement layer consists of fiberglass mat and either an epoxy or vinyl ester resin saturant depending on the specific chemical containment requirements. Topcoat selection is dependent on specific chemical resistance and service condition requirements. These include epoxy, epoxy novolac, polyester, vinyl ester and novolac vinyl ester topcoats available from REMA Corrosion Control.

COROJOINT 5

COROJOINT 5 is a two component polysulfide elastomeric joint sealant material. It has good chemical resistance and is designed for use in expansion joints, control joints and cracks.
